VoX ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Information Stored Locally on Your Device:

• App preferences and settings
• Generation history and saved projects

This data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (SwiftData and FileManager). We do not have access to this data and it is not transmitted to our servers.

AI Music Generation: When you generate music, your text prompts and settings are sent to Fal.ai's servers for processing. The resulting audio files are temporarily stored on Fal.ai's servers solely for the purpose of delivering them to your device, after which they are deleted. Fal.ai does not permanently retain your generated content. For more information, see the Fal.ai Privacy Policy.

Information Collected Automatically:

• Anonymous Device Identifier: We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to assign a temporary identifier for service delivery. This is not linked to your personal identity.
• Usage Analytics: If you opt in, we collect anonymous usage data (e.g., feature usage frequency, session duration) to improve the App. This data cannot identify you personally.
• Crash Reports: Anonymous crash data may be collected to help us fix bugs and improve stability.

Information We Do NOT Collect:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Your location data
• Your contacts or photos (unless you explicitly import audio files)
• Your Apple Music library data (MusicKit queries are processed on-device)

2. How We Use Your Information

• AI Music Generation: Text prompts and settings are sent to our AI processing servers to generate music. These inputs are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers.
• Service Improvement: Anonymous analytics help us understand how features are used so we can improve the App.
• Subscription Management: Subscription data is handled entirely by Apple and RevenueCat. We receive anonymous subscription status information only.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your app preferences, settings, and generation history are stored locally on your device. During AI music generation, your inputs are transmitted to third-party processing servers (Fal.ai) and the resulting audio files are temporarily stored there until delivered to your device. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols.

4. Third-Party Services

VoX integrates with the following third-party services:

• Firebase: Anonymous authentication and analytics (Google LLC). Firebase Privacy Policy

5. Data Retention

Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. AI generation inputs are not permanently stored on our servers.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Data Deletion: You can remove all locally stored data by uninstalling the App from your device.
• Notification Preferences: You can manage push notification preferences through iOS Settings.

7. International Data Transfers

AI generation requests may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in these locations, subject to appropriate security safeguards.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
