By accessing or using VoX ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.
VoX is an AI-powered digital audio workstation that enables users to:
By using VoX, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Use. If you are a minor, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
VoX does not require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device. We use anonymous authentication for analytics and service delivery purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
VoX provides a limited number of complimentary generations upon first use. After these are used, you may start a 3-day free trial before committing to a subscription. The following subscription options are available:
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Content generated through VoX is created using artificial intelligence. You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide. Generated music content may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. The AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding their originality, quality, or fitness for any particular purpose.
The App, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the intellectual property of VoX and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App. When using the genre-flip or vocal-swap features with third-party music, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable copyright laws.

VoX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI generation results may vary and are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoX and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For users in the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom, your statutory consumer rights under applicable local laws remain unaffected by these Terms. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Italy, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
